I’d be lying if I said I was ok right now…
But I know so many of you are feeling and affected right now and I want you to know, don’t make it wrong. The truth is it’s totally normal.
Whether you’re feeling it emotionally, energetically, financially, socially, physically, etc….

Your own self-care needs to be a priority right now. And I’m grateful for the extra time and space to do so.
Over the past few days, I’ve given myself time to relax, watch movies that make my heart happy, read without the awareness of time, go on long walks with my husband and the girls (our two doggies), let my body sleep in, and cry when I need to.
It’s ok.
Just don’t forget who the fuck you are.
Because I did for a while too.
What about all of the goals I was pursuing?
What about all of the business plans?
What about all of the work I had done to get me to this point?
Was I really just going to let all of that go?
