Actionable Steps: Creating your Domino Effect: Setting your #1 Goal

1. Give yourself time and space to journal — Light a candle, take 3 deep breaths, and give yourself permission to be completely open and non-judgemental with yourself.

2. Brain dump/list out all of your goals you have for 2023 (or the next 6-months, 90days, etc.) — Some will be tangible, some will be things, some will be feelings, etc.

3. Go back through your list and feel into it — Which one or few do you feel the most drawn to or excited about?

4. Notice if there are themes or patterns among your goals.

   1. Example: If your goal is to make $100k, and you also have the goals to buy a home/car, pay off debt, make more money in your business, be more profitable, have more in your savings, etc., then this one goal will help you achieve all the others — This creates your Domino Effect!

5. With number 4 in mind, which 1 to 3 of your big goals will help to be the Domino Effect for all your other goals?

   1. THAT is your focus and priority to manifest!
